We are looking for a
Customer Success
professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and serving as a bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is key to ensuring customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction, helping clients get the maximum value from our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Support customers throughout their entire lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, and renewal).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure effective product usage and alignment with customer goals.
- Identify churn risks and growth or expansion opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Address customer questions and provide proactive guidance to enhance the overall customer experiences
