About the Role


We’re seeking an experienced Customer Success Consultant to join our team and support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes with our personal-development and e-learning programs. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them onboard, adopt, and get the most value from our services — while collaborating with internal teams to optimize their experience and growth.


Tasks



  • Onboard new clients: guide them through the program setup, explain how it works, and ensure a smooth start.

  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients, helping them apply what they learn and overcome obstacles to reach their goals.

  • Monitor client progress; proactively follow up, gather feedback, and offer the support that is needed.
