Job Description:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

■ Partner with sales, account management, and client relationship management teams to train employees on product updates

■ Works with team to execute delivery and implementation plans

■ Tests and troubleshoots final system setups

■ Assist in creating and updating documentation for internal and external clients

■ Assist in identifying appropriate training methods

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Experience :

o Requires 0 to 2 years of related experience

o Requires a bachelor’s degree

· Computer/Technical:

o Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
