Job Description
As a Customer Success Engineer for Automation (Application Integration), you lead the deployment and adoption of IBM’s AI‑powered integration and automation solutions within large, complex enterprise accounts. You work closely with customers to design, implement, and optimize solutions that reduce manual work, improve system reliability, and enable proactive, data‑driven operations.
You collaborate with sales, technical leaders, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, drive use‑case realization, and ensure customers achieve tangible business outcomes.
