We are seeking for Customer Success Engineers to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This full-time role is the crucial link between providing effective technical support and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing first-level technical support for Microsoft Office tools, SQL Server, and basic networking/internet issues.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting user onboarding, and providing tailored technical solutions.
- Documenting support issues and resolutions accurately.
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
- Understanding of Networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in Internet troubleshooting
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
