Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Engineer to ensure a seamless customer experience through effective technical support and solution delivery. The role is primarily support-focused (70–80%) with hands-on involvement in development activities (20–30%). The ideal candidate will have strong technical fundamentals and excellent client-handling skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and issue resolution

  • Handle client ticketing systems, analyse issues, and provide timely resolutions
