We are hiring a Customer Success Executive for a Learning & Development Company to manage client relationships, ensure smooth program delivery, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Onboard new clients and explain training programs

  • Coordinate with trainers, internal teams & clients

  • Track program progress and client engagement

  • Handle client queries, feedback & escalations

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and renewals

  • Maintain CRM data and client reports
