We are hiring a Customer Success Executive for a Learning & Development Company to manage client relationships, ensure smooth program delivery, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Onboard new clients and explain training programs
Coordinate with trainers, internal teams & clients
Track program progress and client engagement
Handle client queries, feedback & escalations
