Role Description

We are looking for a commercially minded Customer Success & Renewals Executive who enjoys convincing, selling, and building long-term customer relationships. You'll be responsible for:

  • Proactively renew Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with existing customers
  • Convert incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries) into paying customers
  • Schedule installations and renewals with technicians
  • Follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years experience in inside sales, telesales, renewals, or account management
  • Experience selling services, subscriptions, or contracts is a strong advantage
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Confident phone presence and follow-up discipline
