Role DescriptionWe are looking for a commercially minded Customer Success & Renewals Executive who enjoys convincing, selling, and building long-term customer relationships. You'll be responsible for:
- Proactively renew Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with existing customers
- Convert incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries) into paying customers
- Schedule installations and renewals with technicians
- Follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction
- 1–3+ years experience in inside sales, telesales, renewals, or account management
- Experience selling services, subscriptions, or contracts is a strong advantage
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident phone presence and follow-up discipline
