Customer Success Executive

Job Role:
We are looking for a Client Success Executive with hands-on experience supporting US-based advertisers and agencies on DSP platforms. This role requires a strong mix of client communication, campaign ownership, and performance optimization, along with the ability to identify upsell and expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate has worked closely with international (US) clients, understands the oRTB ecosystem, and is comfortable managing
conversion-driven programmatic campaigns end-to-end.
Client Engagement & Account Growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of DSP clients
- Communicate confidently with clients across email, calls, and presentations in a professional, consultative manner
