Role Overview: Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a confident and mature Customer Success Executive (Day Shift) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, pre-sales, inside sales, or client communication.

You will manage inbound leads , understand their needs in detail, and coordinate meetings with the internal team when there is a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries during the day shift

  • Conduct detailed requirement discussions with prospects

  • Qualify and assess the lead based on need, budget, and timeline

  • Present EngineerBabu’s capabilities and success stories clearly

  • Schedule meetings with the Sales/BA team for qualified leads

  • Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth lead handover

  • Act as the first-level guide to help prospects navigate our services

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success / Inside Sales / Client Coordination

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Ability to understand IT services like App/Web development, AI, APIs, etc.

  • Good knowledge of customer handling and call etiquettes

  • Ability to quickly build trust and comfort on calls

  • Familiarity with CRM tools
