Role Overview: Customer Success Executive
We are looking for a confident and mature Customer Success Executive (Day Shift) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, pre-sales, inside sales, or client communication.
You will manage inbound leads , understand their needs in detail, and coordinate meetings with the internal team when there is a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and inquiries during the day shift

Conduct detailed requirement discussions with prospects

Qualify and assess the lead based on need, budget, and timeline

Present EngineerBabu’s capabilities and success stories clearly

Schedule meetings with the Sales/BA team for qualified leads
-
Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups

Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth lead handover

Act as the first-level guide to help prospects navigate our services
Required Skills

Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success / Inside Sales / Client Coordination

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to understand IT services like App/Web development, AI, APIs, etc.

Good knowledge of customer handling and call etiquettes

Ability to quickly build trust and comfort on calls

Familiarity with CRM tools
