Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Executive, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction and retention, assisting clients with queries, and ensuring their success in using IntelloSync’s innovative platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong client relationships, providing timely customer support, analyzing data to identify and address customer needs, and offering strategic account management services to promote long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to ensure exceptional service and long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management to deliver personalized assistance and strengthen relationships
- Strong Analytical Skills for understanding customer needs and implementing data-driven solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in B2B customer success or account management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
