About The Role

As a Customer Success Manager you will own a high‑impact portfolio, build trusted relationships, and drive measurable outcomes from day one. You will translate goals into success plans, orchestrate adoption across teams, and surface insights that lead to renewals and expansions. The role is based in Sydney.
