Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to the leads and prospects over phone including cold calling
• Perform client facing presentations and product demonstrations
• Convert the leads to trial customers
• Design and adapt each demonstration to meet specific clients’ needs while communicating applicable messages based on proposed solution and sales strategy
• Understand various users of the system and transpire the benefits of the solution in their context
• Maintain current knowledge of markets, industry trends, products and strategies
• Share demo and client feedback to Product Manager for roadmap consideration
• Proactively manage your schedule, leads pipeline, and campaigns in order to meet milestones and quarterly objectives
• Execute internal demos of the solution to internal staff members for on-boarding
• Participate in Proof of Concept analysis, scope, and delivery
Skills
• 3+ years of experience selling information technology products (preferably data backup products)
• Strong persuasive interpersonal skills, and a sales aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Motivated, high-energy sales professional with proven success in growing business and achieving sales success and quota goals regularly
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business requirements to determine a valid product solution
• Ability to discuss the technical architecture of the solution at a high level is a positive
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse range of audiences and settings
• Ability to interpret technical features into business benefits and effectively communicate to prospects
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM system (preferably Salesforce, HubSpot)
