Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and talented business development professional to drive the sales and marketing efforts for our portfolio of Marketplace applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both direct and channel sales, with a strong background in marketing strategies to effectively promote cloud-based solutions. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating customer awareness and generating opportunities for our Marketplace Applications through personalized emails, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, online databases, websites, etc. They will collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing campaigns, messaging, and collateral to promote our marketplace applications across various channels. Essential to success in this role is a keen ability to identify prospects proactively and consistently, developing contacts and generating qualified opportunities across all geographies.
