Client Success Manager
Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM PT (Mon–Sat)

Sunrise Media is a fast‑growing dental marketing agency that specializes in Facebook/Meta paid ads, high‑quality lead call center support, video editing, and creative production. We help dental clinics across North America scale with consistent, high‑quality patient leads.
Role Overview
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring campaign performance, coordinating internal teams, and leading a team of 8–10 employees. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, structured client check‑ins to review campaign performance and gather feedback.
- Monitor all ongoing marketing campaigns and ensure tasks are executed on time.
- Coordinate with internal departments (ads team, call center, creatives, editors) to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Lead, manage, and support a team of 8–10 employees; maintain accountability and team productivity.
- Handle escalations proactively and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure clients meet retention KPIs through consistent communication and campaign oversight.
- Brainstorm with the internal team to improve campaign results and propose optimisation strategies.
- Track deliverables, maintain CRM hygiene, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare performance summaries and report directly to the CEO.
Minimum Requirements (Must Be Met)
- At least 1 year of proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in a professional business environment.
- Experience managing teams or leading small groups.
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and internal workflows simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced digital marketing environment.
- Problem‑solving mindset; able to handle escalations with professionalism.
- High level of accountability, reliability, and ownership.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
Compensation
- Yearly Salary : $48,048 – $54,600 (depends on final pay‑rate).
- Increment : Pay increase after successful completion of the probation period.
- Commission : Eligible after 6 months of service — $100 CAD/month for each retained client (conditions apply).
