Customer Success Manager - Turkish Speaker
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can thrive with high ambiguity and operate autonomously while maintaining a customer‑centric approach. The role serves as the main point of contact for MongoDB end users, leveraging technical and account management skills and acting as the account team leader across Sales, Professional Services, Solutions Architects, and more. Candidates based in Dubai are preferred for our hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor providing guidance on MongoDB best practices and overall technology strategy, including running enablement sessions and reviewing technical environments.
