Position Overview
The Search Atlas Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring enterprise clients maximize value from the Search Atlas platform. This role will build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, and serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts post-sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for enterprise clients to ensure high retention rates and account growth
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities
- Provide expert guidance on Search Atlas
- Monitor usage patterns and proactively address adoption challenges
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for customer needs
