Job Description
We seek an experienced Customer Success Manager (think of it as a customer goal coach) with a deep understanding of supporting customers in a Software as a Service environment. Our customers are leadership teams in publicly funded/publicly accountable organizations (local governments, school districts, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with Envisio’s customers through engaging emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Partner with Implementation Consultants to ensure a seamless transition from our Implementation to Post Implementation Stages.
- Partner with customers to develop meaningful plans that feed their long-term goals.
- Develop creative strategies to increase customer engagement, drive growth, and reduce churn.
