Position Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a critical role in delivering value to ViB’s customers and ensuring the success of both customer relationships and active programs.

CSMs serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and are responsible for both customer success outcomes and program delivery execution. The CSM ensures customers experience a seamless journey from onboarding through program fulfillment. Note: This is not a quota-carrying role.
