Customer Success Manager | Marketing Cloud

This role serves as a named resource and partner for our Salesforce Signature customers. You orchestrate all deliverables customers are entitled to, including coordinating the day‑to‑day customer Signature experience from onboarding through contract renewal and expansion. You develop deep relationships with customer teams and pair that with relevant industry knowledge to improve implementation health. This role engages with technical engineering stakeholders as well as senior business executives, internally and externally.

  • Use multi‑cloud expertise to effectively orchestrate Signature experience across strategic, sophisticated customers.
