Customer Success Manager (Enterprise Fintech) Engagement Type: Contract (Duration TBD) Location: Remote — Mexico Compensation: USD $5,000 per month This role is responsible for driving measurable value realization, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction across enterprise fintech customers. Operating post-sale, the Customer Success Manager owns outcomes from point of sale onward, partnering closely with Account Executives, Support, Services, and Product teams to ensure customers achieve their business objectives from the company financial solutions. This is not a lightweight SaaS CSM role. Success requires experience managing complex, regulated enterprise accounts with senior stakeholders.
