The Cloud Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the contract renewal process, pipeline and supporting the overall Customer Success goals for the Cloud business.

The Cloud Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the contract renewal process, pipeline and supporting the overall Customer Success goals for the Cloud business.
The Cloud Customer Success Manager is expected to work closely with the Sales, Support, TAM and Consulting teams for add-on business and process improvements. This role builds consultative relationships, understands products & services and has a key technical understanding of the cloud offerings. Beyond direct interaction with our customers, this individual will work with internal business units to ensure customer needs are being met in a timely manner. To succeed in this role, this individual must have an intense focus on customer success with strong influence abilities.
Focus Areas:
Develop a strong technical understanding of all Strategy products
Conduct business development through lead generation and qualification for Cloud accounts by collaborating with CSM/TAM and Support to identify technical requirements, buying influences, and project scope for services and implementations
Assist in the creation and support of selling Cloud as a self-service offering
When necessary, work closely with Strategy Account Executives, and Strategy Resellers on cloud renewals in developing and managing Cloud opportunities, contributing through the duration of the sales cycle
Maintain Cloud Renewal Opportunities and the quote system, and track all Cloud revenues
Provide weekly updates to Strategy Cloud Management on individual activity
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
Prior business development experience required
Understanding of Enterprise Software Services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated
Excellent organizational skills
Adaptable to new challenges
Self-starter with an ability to identify areas for improvement
Client-focused attitude — a customer advocate
Understanding of packaged application software implementation practices
