The Real Story

2026 is not a normal year at PLAYipp.

We're in the final stretch of migrating every Norwegian customer from our legacy Databeat platform to PLAYipp. Simultaneously, our Norwegian sales team just had their best Q4 ever - meaning loads of new customers need onboarding and support while we're executing one of the biggest platform migrations in our company's history.

One of our two Norwegian CSMs is going on maternity leave, and we need someone who can step in and handle both: systematic migration execution AND building genuine relationships with new customers. It's challenging. It's also exactly the kind of year where you'll learn more, impact more, and grow more than in five normal years elsewhere.
