Job Description
A Customer Success Manager (CSM) supports your customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of mWell and KonsultaMD. As a Customer Success Manager, they will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services. They will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and goals, and ensure accounts’ retention and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and provide solutions to maximize their success with our products/services.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth implementation process, and providing training and support as needed.
