About the Role

We are seeking a highly proactive and strategically‑minded Customer Success Manager (CSM) to act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for our clients. You will own the full client relationship lifecycle, from Day 1 onboarding through the full tenure of the partnership, ensuring client satisfaction and maximum value.

This role requires a CSM who is comfortable operating as an internal consultant and driver —influencing cross‑functional teams Sales, HR, and Finance to resolve issues and identifying new opportunities for growth.
