The Customer Success Manager focuses on the long-term customer relationships by proactively determining solutions to potential client pain points, identifies upselling opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyzing customer health metrics, running NPS and gathering other feedback.
  • Delivering and communicating ROI to the clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Manage and grow the company’s book of business, responsible for renewals
  • Conduct QBR meetings and consult the clients
