If you're passionate about innovation, technology, and growth, we invite you to be part of DayOne’s next chapter.**Customer Relationship Management**• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication andalignment across all service and project touchpoints.• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers, acting as a trustedadvisor and advocate for their success.**Service Delivery & Operations**• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of contracted services, ensuring adherence to SLAs,timelines, and budget constraints.• Lead virtual delivery teams to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of customersatisfaction.• Monitor and drive continuous improvement in service performance, proactivelyaddressing risks and issues.**Project Management**• Manage the full lifecycle of data center construction and customization projects, fromplanning to customer handover.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, presales, design, construction,and testing & commissioning teams.• Ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule expectations, while effectivelymanaging risks and escalations.**Compliance & Governance**• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procurement standards, auditrequirements, and ITIL-based processes.• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for project and service deliverymilestones.**Cross-Functional Collaboration**• Align internal resources to support both project execution and ongoing serviceoperations.• Collaborate with operations, network, and IT service teams to ensure seamless servicecontinuity and customer satisfaction.**Requirements**• Possess bachelor’s degree; Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management or related discipline.• More than 7 years’ work experience in DC industry/MEP Consultancy/Construction/IT/Real Estate industry.• Has excellent customer interface experience, good communication, presentation andcoordination skill, good written skill to draft report.• Good learning skill and self-driven character, willing to take challenge and changes witha positive mindset.• Strong client-servicing willingness and ability. Capability towards emergent publicrelationship issues.• An adept conflict mediator and a trustworthy client advisor.• Good language proficiency of English and Mandarin in working environment.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
