Role : Enterprise Implementation Manager / Customer Success

We’ve partnered with a hyper-growth enterprise AI scale-up on a mission to scale their market share across APAC. They’ve grown revenue x7 in the last year, secured backing from leading global investors, and are already partnering with major players across banking, insurance, fintech, and retail.

You’ll play a key role in guiding customers from onboarding through long-term success, fostering strong partnerships, and supporting growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the onboarding and ongoing success of new enterprise customers
  • Develop trusted relationships with key users and executive stakeholders through proactive engagement
