Your mission

  • You are responsible for our spanish customers and take care of all communication

  • You are introducing an innovating payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries

  • You are responsible for the training of the operational managers (remotely/on site) for our product usage

  • You identify possible stumbling blocks in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and your colleagues from other areas

  • You are in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients

  • Through your proximity to the customer, you help to continuously improve our product and processes

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects
