About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Grade, you'll be the trusted advisor to our clients - helping them get the most out of our solutions. You'll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying their needs, and proactively helping them achieve their goals using our software solutions. Communication with customers is primarily in Finnish, so fluency in Finnish is essential. Swedish skills are a plus. Internal company communication is in English.
