Job Description

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure the successful adoption of Deltek’s SaaS products. This role includes renewing existing SaaS contracts, identifying new business and expansion opportunities, meeting or exceeding quotas for both renewals and expansions, and providing responsive support for customer requests, inquiries, and training needs. The CSM also escalates customer issues to Support and other relevant teams at Deltek. Reporting to a Team Lead, the CSM is expected to be proficient in using AI tools to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong, proven sales skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship development skills.
  • Strong verbal/telephone and written/electronic communication skills.
