Job Description
This role blends customer ownership with partner coordination, reporting directly to the Founder. You will work closely with the founder on live merchant accounts, renewals, and partner relationships. This is a high-visibility, high-learning role with real exposure to decision-making and growth strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Onboard new merchants and drive first value within 14–30 days
- Manage ongoing merchant relationships and check-ins
- Track account health, usage, and renewal readiness
- Identify upsell opportunities and success stories
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
- Act as point of contact for agency & tech partners
- Support partner onboarding, referrals, and joint initiatives

WHO YOU ARE :
- Must-Have 1–3 years in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Partnerships Strong communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, dependable
- Comfortable working closely with founders Curious about SaaS, CRO, and D2C
Good to Have
- Exposure to Shopify, SaaS, or D2C brands
- Agency or partnerships experience
- Startup or agency background
