Job Description
To do essential service work (include basic training, project guidance, remote technical support and etc.).
To be responsible for annual revenues in terms of service scope of work.
To assist for product management (including product requirement collection, new version testing, FAQ collection and any other product related matters).
To follow up company's service policy to implement service work and maintain customer relationship.
Responsible for improving software usage rate, renewal rate and service satisfaction indicators.
Assist to develop benchmark users, case project collections and methodology summary.
To update and maintain all the CS relevant data timely and completely.
To do some other ad-hoc special tasks when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent, fresh graduate are welcomed
