Customer Success Representative

About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Representative based in our Calgary Head Office located in beautiful Eau Claire. This role is hybrid, in‑office with 20% flexibility to work from home.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging presentations and demos (online, मतदान, in‑person, and at events).
• Guide customers through onboarding and keep them engaged.
• Upsell new features and services.
• Work closely with Account Managers and log activities in Salesforce.
• Use customer insights to drive retention and product improvements.

What You Bring

3+ years in customer success, onboarding, or travel management.
• Experience in outbound sales, upselling, and cold calling.
• Confident speaking to groups and leading training sessions.
• "Can‑do" attitude—thriving in kezd a fast‑moving, startup environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and active listening skills.
• Tech‑savvy, with experience in Microsoft applications (Salesforce is a plus!).
