Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Success Representative to support our small and medium-sized business clients after they sign up for the Clover POS system. This role blends customer service , on-site installation , and hands-on training to ensure every client has a seamless onboarding experience.


What You’ll Do


  • Install Clover POS hardware at client locations (terminals, printers, accessories)
  • Set up software, apps, and account configurations for new clients
  • Train business owners and staff on how to use Clover effectively
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience: on-site, over the phone, and via email
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain clear documentation of installation details and follow-up needs
