Responsibilities

  • Respond to member concerns and inquiries regarding plan and care availments through calls and messaging platforms
  • Assess and resolve member inquiries across a wide range of cases, ensuring a patient-centric approach
  • Work closely with relevant departments to gather stakeholder feedback and endorse tasks or next steps as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a nursing or medical related field
  • Preferably with experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.
