What a Customer Success & Insights Engineer does at HP:
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop AI-driven solutions to surface insights; drives action, defines success measures and tracks effectiveness of solution.
• This role bridges the gap between raw data and actionable intelligence, requiring working across multiple HP projects involving large language and multi-model models and other cutting-edge Agentic AI capabilities.
• Data mine and analyze monthly calls, returns, telemetry and sentiments (nps, web reviews) data to provide holistic and detailed analysis of product quality to generate impactful and actionable insights. Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns and improvement opportunities.
