We’re a dynamic B2B podcast production studio creating high-quality branded shows for corporate clients. We’re looking for a **Customer Success Specialist** to be the driving force behind exceptional client experiences—from onboarding to renewal.
In this full-time, fully remote role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring every show is delivered smoothly, on schedule, and with maximum impact. You’ll coordinate production logistics, communicate updates, manage automation workflows, and keep both clients and internal teams aligned and excited.
