Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Success Specialist will be:

  • Handle incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands, enhancing the customer experience by providing special offers.
  • Assist with additional back-office tasks daily when required.
  • Follow all processes and procedures of the project, including making correct needs analysis and giving relevant offers in every call where allowed.
  • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
