Customer Success Specialist (German) – Madrid – Full‑time – Associate level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily live kickoff webinars to onboard new learners and set them up for success.
  • Use interactive elements (chat, polls, etc.) to encourage participation.
  • Customize delivery style based on audience profiles (corporate learners, diverse cultures, language levels).
  • Collaborate with content and training teams to refine scripts, presentation materials, and activities.
  • Collect and share feedback to continuously improve learner experience.
  • Track attendance, engagement, and learner feedback for data‑driven improvement.
