Role Summary

As a Customer Success Specialist at Muvr you’ll be an early champion for our customers — owning onboarding, driving adoption, acting as a product expert, and ensuring smooth relationships between customers and our product, support, and product teams. You’ll work hands-on with new and existing customers to deliver time-to-value, reduce time-to-resolution, increase product usage, and surface feedback that helps shape the roadmap. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who’s empathetic, process oriented, and results driven.
