Your mission:

We are looking for a strategic and multilingual Customer Success Specialist to join our team, focused on delivering value to industrial customers and ensuring long‑term adoption and return on investment of our solutions.

This role goes beyond traditional customer support, combining customer relationship management, project coordination, problem identification in industrial environments, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring clear, proactive and effective communication.
