The Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will help professors at leading universities in the US integrate Jo VE videos into their courses to improve teaching outcomes and student success. You'll play a key role in ensuring users get the most value from their Jo VE subscription.
You will be working during the EST hours (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST) - night shift.
