**Job Title**:
Customer Success Team Lead
**Summary**:
The Customer Success Team Lead supervises and leads a team of account managers. Communicates company goals, important information, and deadlines to the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeping management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members and leadership.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience serving as a senior team member or team lead, and/or any managerial/supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to motivate others and hold team members accountable
- Strong knowledge of the Dealer Spike or similar platform
- Strong knowledge of Client Solutions policies, processes, and guidelines
- Customer service & client handling expertise
