Job Description
The Customer Supply Chain Manager acts as the strategic liaison between our supply chain operations and our global customers. This role is critical for building long-term relationships by ensuring product availability, timely delivery, and proactive performance management. You will manage the supply chain from the customer’s perspective, turning operational data into actionable insights and high-level satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain needs, managing expectations and building strong, long-term partnerships. Performance & Risk Management: Monitor KPIs, report on operational results, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent disruptions.
