Role: The Customer Supply Specialist 2 is responsible for order management, customer communication, and continuous improvement in the supply chain process.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Perform order management functions such as order booking, reschedules and cancellations.
• Process documentation for customer returns.
• Serve as the point of contact between Sales/customers and Operations team.
• Communicate order status, lead time and other related details to support customer demand in a timely manner.
• Coordinate expedites by communicating customer requirements to the Planning team and providing improvement updates to Sales/customer.
