Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via email or portal in a timely and professional manner

- Assist in invoice processing, tracking, and follow-ups with internal/external stakeholders

- Help create and manage subscriptions on customer or internal portals

- Maintain accurate records of communications, transactions, and administrative activities

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows

- Support general administrative tasks as assigned



= Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or administrative roles

- Proficiency in email communication and basic documentation

- Familiarity with invoice tracking, billing processes, or subscription platforms

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good written and verbal communication in English
