  • Respond to customer inquiry emails courteously and efficiently.
  • Participate in the preparation of quotations and tenders, requiring strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel/Word, and effective communication skills.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to Sales and Operations Support, including quotation preparation and invoicing.
  • Enter data into the Autocount system (experience with Autocount is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Organize and upkeep office filing systems and records accurately.
