**Supervisor**:Head of Support
**Location**:Based near Oslo, Trondheim or Molde (working at least four days per week in office)
**What You'll Do**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our virtual fencing products.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues and improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
