Customer Support Agent (Italian or French) in Lisbon
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Starting Date: 17th February
Project Overview:
Role: Customer Advisor
Languages Required: Italian or French (C2) + English (B2)
Schedule: Rotative shifts, Monday to Saturday; 2 days off (Sunday and one rotational)
Compensation:
- Annual Base Salary
- Language Premium Bonus
- Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
- Transportation Bonus: 720/year
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross salary
Additional Benefits:

- Relocation support for candidates outside Lisbon:
- 1,000 for relocation within Portugal
- 2,500 for relocation from outside Portugal
